We have a 7-day return policy starting from the date when you have received the product. The returned product must be unused, in the original condition, and marketable and the sales package must be resealable. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, damage to the product when used in a setting/location for which it is not intended, or failure caused by improper use.
